How many CBD should I use?
The correct dose differs per person and per complaint. It is hard to estimate in advance how much CBD is needed. In some complex illnesses or conditions, such as pain, only a doctor can decide how much CBD you need exactly. People with less severe symptoms may start off with a low dose: 2.5 to 5 milligrams twice a day. If the symptoms are not reduced after two weeks, you can double the dose. The maximum dose of CBD per day is 800 milligrams. So there’s plenty of room to experiment.
How fast does CBD oil work?
CBD oil can work within five to ten minutes if it is dropped under the tongue. The active substance, cannabidiol, is then taken into the blood via the salivary glands.
