People with less severe symptoms may start off with a low dose: 2.5 to 5 milligrams twice a day. If the symptoms are not reduced after two weeks, you can double the dose. The maximum dose of CBD per day is 800 milligrams. So there’s plenty of room to experiment.

How fast does CBD oil work?
